Sheet metal cutting

The machinery for cutting the material is state-of-the-art and super-equipped. In our plants, laser cutting technology is carried out through three systems with a maximum power of 4000 W, equipped with laser optics and CNC (computer numerical control).

Iron and stainless steel cutting

Every component is state-of-the-art: the laser cutting systems for iron and stainless steel are capable of processing materials in sheet thicknesses of up to 20mm for the former and 15mm for the latter, for a maximum cutting surface of 4000x2000mm.

Light alloy cutting

Another highlight is the plant totally dedicated to cutting light alloy, and able to work on a maximum surface of 3000x2000mm, being able to cut sheets up to a thickness of 8mm in a continuous manner, as the plant is equipped with automatic sheet loading and unloading.

Water-jet cutting

For cutting ferrous materials up to 300 mm thick, CIM srl boasts a large water-jet cutting centre capable of operating on a maximum surface area of 6000×2000.
CIM srl meets all its customers' requirements. For cutting raw materials, hydraulic shears, plasma cutting machines and
hacksaws.
