Highly qualified personnel and robotics are the pillars of a department with over 80 welding stations, 3 CNC robots and a CNC spot welding robot island. Here, work is carried out to the highest safety and quality standards. All operators in the welding departments are qualified and hold certificates qualifying them to work according to all applicable standards.
The 3 CNC robots guarantee continuous linear welds for a maximum operating length of 20 metres. In addition, they can be implemented with new equipment, which increases the maximum working length.
The fully automated work island, dedicated to SPOT WELDING, thanks to the automatic changeover of work equipment, guarantees precision and continuity of production as well as compliance with welding regulations.
